Software Development company is now hiring for a
Software Engineering (Back-end) Team Lead to join it's fast growing company!
Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Responsible for the evaluation and development of initial engineering process.
- Design, code, and troubleshoot new features, while debugging as necessary.
- Work with front-end engineering team to integrate and produce a great and reliable user experience.
- Act as a mentor to fellow Engineers, sharing knowledge and contributing to the team’s continued growth and improvement.
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:- BS in computer science or related field (master’s degree a strong plus).
- 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Proven experience of team leadership.
- Familiarity with back-end languages (PHP & .NET).
- Strong understanding of algorithms and distributed systems.
- Experience with Java is a plus.
- Capability of prioritizing work and creating product & sprint schedules.
- Very strong Interpersonal & management skills.
- Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
Work conditions:- Location: New Cairo
- Working hours: flexible 8 hours
- Working days: from Sundays to Thursdays
