Purpose of the job
This position provides a great opportunity to start an exciting career with MillerKnoll an industry leading global company with dynamic brands engaged in designing, manufacturing, and selling world class premium furnishings.
The primary purpose of this role is to create designs for commercial contract (B2B) business of MillerKnoll. Designs include spaces, information, graphics, content etc. Work closely with the established Design Teams and grow to become an independent, capable and versatile designer.
Specific responsibilities
Provide creative ideas support to Team. Learn to understand clients/sales requirements and actively participate in providing creative inputs, innovative techniques, Brainstorming, Strategic initiatives, Project discussions. Should have the utmost concern for creating/enhancing user experiences & platforms. Ability to understand and incorporate MillerKnoll's brand identity while presenting/creating the visual story. Collaborates with team members to ensure the efficient flow of work initiatives and strategic groups. Keep up to date with the industry trends, real-time, team workflows and corporate compliance programs.
Requirement (any 3 of the below)
Minimum of 1-2years’ experience in Design. Possess a creative flair, technical ability, and sample project/case study to validate visual storytelling (Portfolio). Degree or diploma in multimedia visual arts, rendering & animation, interior design, or equivalent course. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, InDesign) Should have the ability to work independently, team player and works across functions.
Additional optional requirements
Working knowledge of 3D software such as 3D tools- Studio Max, Maya, Sketchup, V-Ray, and Adobe Photoshop is a must along with Twin motion, Unreal Engine and Adobe Premiere/After Effects as an added advantage. Ability to work in After Effects, etc.), Figma, Vray, Configura CET, AutoCAD, Yulio, Revit, Sketchup, CADPACK.
