Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay Lead Consultant with a proven track record in successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of the SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules at least 3 implementations and one support project on Compensation & Variable Pay.Experience Required:· Lead the design and implementation of SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions· Conduct workshops with clients to gather requirements and provide industry best practices.· Valid SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay Certification is mandatory.· Develop comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, testing plans, and end-user training materials.· Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules.· 9-12 years of experience in HR technology consulting, with a focus on SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.· Proven experience in leading 3 full-cycle implementations and 1 support project.· Strong understanding of HR processes and data, especially with regard to compensation and variable pay (Salary increase, Ranges, etc.) and bonus calculation (STI/LTI)· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.· Experience in optimizing and streamlining global HR processes· Knowledge of inter-module dependencies in SAP SuccessFactors.· Aware of all the stages of SAP implementation methodology.· Good understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite architectureExperience Good to Have:· Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.· Knowledge of integration center is good to have.· Experience with data migration and data management activities in SAP SuccessFactors· Hands on experience on Reporting (Advanced reporting, People Analytics) is desirable.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:· Participating in workshops with key users/end users & preparation of Configuration Workbook, Testing and user training.· Must be able to translate Customer business rules to technical business requirements.· Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and comfortable working with global customers.· Consultants must be able to work independently and with others; in preparing Configuration workbooks, Fit-Gap Analysis documents, Functional specifications, Impact Analysis Documents.· Strong attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
