We are seeking a talented and dedicated Civil Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects adhere to structural design principles, safety standards, and client requirements. The Civil Engineer will work closely with project managers, architects, and construction teams to deliver high-quality results while maintaining a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure their effective implementation.
  
• Prepare and review engineering designs, blueprints, and technical documentation for various projects. Perform structural analysis to ensure designs meet safety, durability, and sustainability requirements.
  
• Monitor construction activities to verify compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality control measures.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify issues, and work with contractors and project managers to resolve problems efficiently.
  
• Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements and ensure timely updates on project progress and challenges.
  
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary permits. Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
  
• Identify potential challenges during the project lifecycle and develop strategic solutions to minimize delays and cost overruns.
  
• Prepare and present progress reports, project updates, and risk assessments to stakeholders and senior management.
  
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams including architects, surveyors, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
  
• At least 5 years of experience in civil engineering, ideally with exposure to large-scale construction projects.
  
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and proficiency in CAD software, structural analysis tools, and project management software.
  
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset to handle complex engineering challenges.
  
• Effective communication and negotiation skills for managing stakeholders and project teams.
  
• Proven leadership skills to mentor junior staff and manage contractors.
  
• Strong project management and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
