OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:


  • In-charge of Fleet Department
  • In-charge of Warranty Department
  • Drive Contractual KPI Achievements
  • Collaboration with Internal & External Stakeholders in the Maintenance Project.
  • Partial Ownership to the Receivables/Maintenance Fee

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • In-charge of Fleet Department and In-charge of Warranty Department
  • Strong Leadership skills and able to handle team size of 40-60 working at multiple locations.
  • Key in Depot Organization for driving Contractual KPI’s.
  • Strong Collaborative approach with internal/External Stakeholders.
  • Sound Technical & Analytical skills and Knowledge on Rolling Stock.
  • Strong Customer focus and relationship and responsible for communication and liasioning with Indian Railways.
  • Conducting Review meetings with Indian Railways on KPI Achievements and negotiation.
  • Conscious on Budget and partial ownership to receivables (Maintenance Fee) of the depot.

Qualifications & Skills:


EDUCATION


Graduated from recognized University in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.


BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:


  • Good communication, liasioning and Organisational skills.
  • IT skills – competent user of Personal Computer, including office packages, SAP, PMS.
  • Analytical, Quick decision making and Team Spirit.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE 


  • Knowledgeable of WAG series Locomotive.
  • Relevant Administrative experience.
  • Experience of working in a Service Site or Production environment.

EXPERIENCE / SKILL SET


  • Experience of 15-20 years in Indian Railways/ Metro System Operating environment.
  • Technical Knowledge of Electric Locomotive and or Metro System.
  • Strong People Management Skills.
  • Strong understanding of IR Environment
