Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month

Job Description: We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designing & Video Editing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and engaging videos to support various marketing and promotional initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and design creative graphics, including but not limited to, social media posts, infographics, banners, and marketing collateral.
  
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for promotional campaigns, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic designing and video editing to continuously improve the quality of work.
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them within specified timelines.
  
• Ensure consistency and quality across all design and video assets produced.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience (2+ years) in graphic designing and video editing roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative graphic designs and video editing projects.
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  

Additional Criteria/Requirements:

• Experience in creating animations and motion graphics is a plus.
  
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual composition principles.
  
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and trends.
  
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
  
• Candidates with experience in photography or illustration will be given preference.
