Lead - Android Developer

• Candidate should design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Communicate project status and deliverables to clients effectively.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their skill development.

Technical skills:

• Proficient in Java and/or Kotlin.
• Strong understanding of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of the Android SDK performance tools and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Experience:

• 8-10 years of professional Android app development experience.
• Portfolio of published apps in the Play Store.

Educational Qualification & Soft Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong client communication and project management skills.
