Salary Range: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the operational efficiency of our manufacturing facilities through the maintenance, repair, and servicing of industrial machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and a proven track record in industrial equipment maintenance.

• Perform routine and scheduled maintenance of industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
  
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs to prevent downtime.
  
• Inspect machines regularly to uphold high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
  
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance.
  
• Install new production equipment and validate its functionality.
  
• Coordinate with machine operators and production staff to assess machinery performance.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
  
• Document maintenance procedures, including repairs made and parts ordered.
  
• Participate in safety audits and contribute to safety training sessions.
  

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
  
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance in an industrial setting.
  
• Proven ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Excellent understanding of industrial machinery and hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and mechanical drawings.
  
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Availability for on-call duty outside of standard work hours, including evenings and weekends.
  
• Physical fitness to perform manual labor, lift heavy objects, and work in confined spaces.
  
• Candidates local to Trichy or willing to relocate at their own expense will be preferred.
