Senior Engineer - Lab Infrastructure Support

Role Summary

Plans, designs, develops and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products including cloud-based or internet-related tools.
May use common development methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix and implement preventive measures
• Track and maintain Lab Assets
• Providing timely solutions to any software/hardware issues pertaining to test labs
• VMware Support, Lab Support, and MWP/OCP Support, Cloud Infrastructure support

Job Requirements

• Person with B.Tech/BE/MCA with at least 4 years of experience
• Must know in VMWare ESXi/vCenter day-to-day operations at the expert level
• Expert-level understanding in Linux (RHEL/CentOS or Ubuntu)
• Hands-on experience on KVM installations/deployments required
• Should process knowledge in Dockers/K8S/Openstack environments.
• Needs to handle the Customer Issues/ Night shift activity involved. Desirable- Experience in Operations or Lab activities
