Job Description

Background
The Thomson Reuters Finance Systems & Data team supports the global Finance organization by defining and implementing Finance platforms, applications, tools and processes to meet business needs.  The team is currently partnering with our Customer to Cash, Finance, Technology, and other teams to design and implement a new instance of S/4 HANA.  The team is looking to add a Senior Lead Analyst to liaison with our Finance/Accounting teams to assist in outlining business requirements for S4 design and support the resulting documentation, training, and communication efforts for implementation.
Qualifications:  Bachelor / Master in Finance/Chartered Accountant or equivalent or Business Systems
Experience: 7-10 years of Corporate experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Systems

Effective at communications across various levels, including Executives, and functions within the global organization
Strong leadership skills with ability to drive projects/tasks to delivering value
Highly organized and self-directed individual, with strong interpersonal skills
Agility / ability to quickly adapt to change
Analytical thinking to interpret various input, build requirements, and partner to solve business problems
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
Skill set
Strong understanding of Finance/Accounting related processes
Experience in SAP, preferably S/4
Knowledge of an agile approach to project delivery and management
Experience in process documentation, system implementations, process improvement
Good Knowledge of MS office tools
Knowledge of reporting tools
Knowledge of automation tools (desirable)
Responsibilities/tasks
Partner with the Finance organization to identify and prioritize the accounting and reporting capabilities they need to deliver within their Function.
Partner with Technology to identify S/4 and reporting tool solutions to enable those capabilities
Document the current and future state of the end-to-end processes and sources of data or tools used in the process.
Gather and document requirements of the new process/system.
Lead cross-functional meetings to gather input and updates on the project.
Lead the identification and definition of solutions and drive agreement for solution selection, ensuring consideration of the up and downstream impacts.
Participate in testing and validation efforts to ensure process/system changes will integrate effectively into the overall business process.
Participate in the development and delivery of training and communications on the processes and systems that the team supports.
Coordinate with technical support teams and master data to ensure system readiness and availability to meet the overall business timelines.


Shift timings : 12PM - 9PM IST
