The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for downstream marketing across India. This specialist is required to conceive marketing initiatives and work with regional sales team to ensure execution. The individual in addition to the regular marketing initiatives would also be expected to support market development initiatives. The role would provide exposure to the pan Indian healthcare setup along with the opportunity to work closely with marketers across the globe.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Formulates and reviews corporate short and long-range plans, goals, and objectives for specific product or product line.
• Conducts competitive product analysis and market research of product consumer behavior and professional audience.
• Determines the profitability and viability of new products or product enhancements.
• Develops production and marketing strategies and tactics to ensure effective product placement relative to market opportunity, working closely with product development for a specific product, brand, or product area over its entire life cycle.
• Works with other functions to finalize product specifications.
• Provides advertising with core brand equity.
• Serves as technical adviser, demonstrating products and troubleshooting product issues.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree required, MBA Full Time mandatory
• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience

Nice to Have

• Comfortable with handling data, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Comfortable to deliver presentations/talks to large audience in both online and offline format
• Communication skills both written and verbal would be important
• Self-starter, proven track record delivering business results through meticulous planning, and execution.
• Customer centricity, team orientation, ability to prioritise would be critical for the success of the role
