Job Title: Showroom Sales with System Billing


Department: Sales


Location: Thanjavur


Reports To: Sales Manager


Job Summary: As a Showroom Sales with System Billing professional in the AUDIOVISUAL EQUIPMENT SALE-INSTALLATION-SERVICE industry, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling audiovisual equipment, and managing the system billing process. Your responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, generating sales revenue, and maintaining accurate billing records.


Key Responsibilities:


Customer Service:


  • Greet and assist customers who visit the showroom.
  • Understand customers' audiovisual equipment needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide technical support as needed.

Sales and Promotion:


  • Actively promote and sell audiovisual equipment, accessories, and related services.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

System Billing:


  • Accurately generate invoices and bills for customers' purchases and services.
  • Ensure proper documentation and billing records for all transactions.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and handle any billing-related inquiries.

Inventory Management:


  • Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels in the showroom.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies to the relevant department.

Product Knowledge:


  • Stay informed about the features, specifications, and benefits of all audiovisual equipment and accessories.
  • Provide detailed product information to customers.

Team Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals.
  • Work closely with the technical and installation teams to coordinate customer orders and services.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications and Skills:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisual equipment industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.
  • Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
