Position: - SME Connected Factory

Year of Experiences: - 6 to 9 years

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Connected Factory initiatives, including IIoT, data analytics, Manufacturing Cloud, Multiple Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), IIoT, Smart Manufacturing Systems, and/or other Digital Transformation technologies
• Has ultimate responsibility for quality of solutions - including creating, executing ,and managing quality plans and verifying results.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that optimize manufacturing processes.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, IT, operations, and external vendors to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure standard program management processes are utilized and adequate support to the project team by preparing & and publishing PM metrics and reports
• Ensure that the migration process complies with relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
• Design Business User Stories, Use cases, Lead Functional Architecture, Re-engineer process models and Integrate disparate services for end to end solution delivery
• Support the creation of a statement of work content, ensuring scope, deliverables, assumptions, risks, and resource needs are clearly defined and compliant with industry-specific rules and regulations.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Must have experience with OPC architecture, configuration, and deployment
• ISA-95 expertise and ability to architect manufacturing information solutions
• Should be proficient in PPT, Excel, Confluence, JIRA etc.
• Familiarity of project and program management methodologies or frameworks (PMI, APM, Agile, etc.)
• Proficiency in project and program management tools and platforms (Smartsheet, PowerBI, Autodesk Construction Cloud, etc.)
• Experience with industry tools such as data historians, time-series visualization, process modeling software, advanced process controls, and advanced data analytics.
• Outstanding team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and cross-functional teams to discuss and define scope, objectives, project plans, and deliverables.
• Should have experience in IT-OT assessment, Strategy assessment for Digital Manufacturing and driving Industry 4.0 solution design and delivery
• Familiar with system architecture principles and Dev Op’s cycles, experience working with cloud platforms and data analytics tools is also a plus.
