Job Description
This position is primarily responsible for leading & driving the service operations & customer service to support field service teams thereby ensuring enhanced customer experience.

Education & Experience levels: Any Graduate with 2 to 4 years’ experience in a similar field
Nature of experience: Service coordinator having exposure to Analytical instruments, Diagnostics instruments etc. and catering to customers like Pharma, Applied, Diagnostics etc.
Skills: Computer proficiency, MS office, SAP, CRM, Good communication skill
