Job Description
Job Purpose: Sales performance of the Wholesale Channel for the assigned territory.
Sales Management (Primary & Secondary) – 70%
- Managing and delivering the Primary and Secondary Targets assigned by market.
- Should have an experience of handling multiple customers successfully.
- Should be able to identify opportunity, push volumes, and work towards developing the SKU’s as per the market needs and service products accordingly making sure that it’s a profitable business opportunity.
- Deliver volume, value and trading objectives in the assigned territory within budget, time and policy parameters through efficient control of the channel.
- Track competitor’s activities monthly, create process documents and communicate the same to the management and plan/execute counter strategies accordingly.
Brand Management & Product Portfolio – 30%
- Responsible for the brand growth, adequate penetration in the assigned channel, gain market share.
- Conducting competitor and market analysis, planning product mix to meet the market demands and revenue targets.
- Launch new products introduced by company
- Give regular feedback on the new SKU development based on market demand
- Develop and Implement sales promotions strategies to drive volume growth.
- Regularly monitor Competitor’s pricing and activity. Review them and drive benchmarking. Handling of product complaints efficiently in line with customer satisfaction
