About this team:

At FIS we are looking for a Product Support Representative to join the FIS Enterprise Treasury Client Experience team. The successful candidate will provide treasury and payments support to our client base.

What you will be doing:

• Deployment of Quantum, Trax and surrounding products on new virtual servers.
• Work with engineers located in US and overseas.
• Deploying and maintaining Treasury and payment applications in UAT & production, pre-prod and test and performance environments. Work on platform stability and operational improvements.
• Open technical cases with hardware & software vendors to resolve problems. Analytical problem-solving skills for complex multi-tiered applications
• Ability to troubleshoot in-house as well as 3rd party applications. Broad technology knowledge with automation software tools to build automation and orchestration around product deployment, auto-failover, and application recovery.
• Diagnostic work to get to root cause of any issues. Advanced Performance tuning and problem investigation.
• Providing feedback to Development on needed improvements on serviceability
• Participate in non-standard working-time models to include Monday – Friday 24 hours/day, Weekends 24 hours/day

What you bring:

• 6+ years Windows experience and troubleshooting windows issues.
• Should have SRE mindset to understand the issue and automate day-day routine task.
• 2+ years SQL Server Database experience running basic queries to view tables and to work with DBAs to deploy database environment for clients.
• Knowledge and experience with Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, IIS, Windows security
• Knowledge and experience with SNOW for ITSM, IDP / SSO, WAF, IIS, Apache Tomcat, Jboss
• Willing to work in 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Added bonus if you have:

• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development
• Knowledge of FIS’ products and services
• Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
