Summary
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders and invoice statements.
Key Responsibilities
Supervising daily financial transactions, including payments and bank transfers Generating cash request and bank transfer documentation Executing banking procedures efficiently. Monitoring, verifying, and analyzing bank charges and commissions in alignment with contracts, and reporting findings to the direct supervisor. Conducting reconciliations for all bank accounts. Ensuring oversight and control of all banking and operational systems.

Proficient in time management. Reliable and trustworthy. Highly organized. Meticulous attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including Pivot Tables, Formulas, and Charts) and other MS Office tools. Excellent interpersonal skills. Maintains stability and composure under pressure.
