Job Scope:

To be the one point of contact for customers for all Supply Chain requirements. Be the lead person to run the Order to Deliver process and in the process ensure that customer’s requirements are met in the most cost- effective way and at the required speed.

The main responsibilities of the job will include flawless execution of Customer Service in order to achieve business goals of Top & Bottom line growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible of orders replenishment with distributors that match agreed weeks coverage based on yearly contractual agreement.
• Handle ordering cycle on M+3 basis by maintaining healthy stock level as per target.
• Handle E2E Logistics Operations from the Sourcing Unit up to customer warehouse by doing proper follow-up and securing shipping documents to be issued and delivered on time and before vessel/truck arrival to destination.
• Making sure that all clearance documentation is created by sourcing units and shared with distributors based on countries requirements.
• Organize and arrange the workflow within function to complete business processes from order execution until order delivery by coordinating with customers and related departments in the company, ensuring all documented procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with SU, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth transportation and delivery of goods.
• Arranging transportation for land shipments (KSA, Turkey & UAE).
• Claims Management with distributors and sourcing units.
• Insuring CS&L KPI’s are met (DR, CCFOT, OT).
• Ensure great relationship with customers/distributors.
• Responsible for preparing end to end co-packing plans and share them with related stakeholders.

Job Key Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major - Engineering preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management.
• MS Office is a must
• Digital skills like visual tools and power BI is a great plus
• Strong Pro-active communication and ability to manage customer interactions
• Excellent customer centric mindset with high influential skills to drive change and process improvement
• the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
• Strong Multi-tasking and Problem-solving abilities
