Job Description:
• Oversee the execution of performance marketing campaigns to ensure the highest standards across our
portfolio, in line with client objectives and budgets.
• Demonstrate an in-depth practical knowledge of Paid Media best practice, Optimisation Framework,
Account Structure, Bidding Strategy, Targeting types, and their application to campaigns to generate a high
standard of delivery.
• Build campaigns & strategies that are structured into clear frameworks focused on client business
objectives & are built upon solid insight.
• Demonstrate an in-depth practical knowledge of Adwords and tracking systems.
• Actively seek creative and innovative media solutions.
• Identify new opportunities in the marketplace.
• Manage a range of resource to deliver effective marketing campaigns and programms.
• Own strategic client relationships.
• Help drive our vision of paid media to the next level.
• Perform as a seasoned performance marketer who constantly strives to learn new skills and be a part of a
dynamic agency environment.
• Test new technologies, data and betas to deliver innovation.
• Support internal product development and implementation across paid media.
• Support and mentor junior team members with their training and development.
• Build strategic optimisation and testing frameworks to deliver outstanding results for clients.
