Construction Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager( In Kuwait )( immediately joining) to join our team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the private sector. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage project plans, including budget, schedule, and scope of work.
2. Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
3. Monitor and track project progress, including conducting regular site visits and inspections.
4. Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
5. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
6. Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and change orders.
7. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.
8. Manage project budgets and financials, including cost control and forecasting.
9. Identify and resolve project conflicts and disputes.
10. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural Engineering.
2. Proven experience in managing construction projects, preferably in the private sector.
3. Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate project teams.
5. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
7. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
8. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
9. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
