Summary:
Responsible for coordinating all matters between government facilities and the Company. Delivers professional activities in the HR Operations job family. Provides functional data support, payroll production, vendor and accounting support. Provides data reporting support. Applies standard techniques and procedures to routine instructions that require professional knowledge in specialist areas. Provides standard professional advice and creates initial reports/analyses for review.
Responsibilities / Duties /Functions Tasks:
Handling all corporate-related matters with Government entities
Registration and keeping a record of the company's accounts
Maintaining the relevant portals with additions, removals, and updates
Prepare and process paperwork and relevant application documents for acquiring new Visa and Work Permits as well as cancellation of Visa for new and existing employees
Responsible for visa processing and submitting visa applications to immigration and labour offices for the following: employment visa, renewal/transfer visa, visit visa, tourist visa and foreign visa required for business travel after ensuring proper documentation.
Renew and maintain all company’s office leases before its expiry.
Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all times.
Skills:
Service industry work experience working within Immigration services is essential
Knowledge of local immigration / labor regulation is a must
Good problem solving and time management skills; Strong service inclination and customer orientation
Perform quality work within deadlines
Sophisticated manner (ability to relate to people, clients and staff, at all levels) Ability to work well with employees from diverse cultures
Strong accuracy and attention to details
Must have a valid Kuwait Driving License
