Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Diagnosing Electrical Low Voltage (ELV) Systems Failures, Breakdown Problems, and Plan Professional Solutions.
  • Handle and lead a team of subcontractors, supervisors, and technicians.
  • Provide the proper implementation of the Electrical Low Voltage (ELV) systems to avoid and resolve any occurring problems.
  • Provide the appropriate installation, maintenance, and monitoring of systems.
  • Design and Documentation of Electrical Low Voltage (ELV) systems.
  • Experience in Access Control System (ACS), CCTV designing, Physical security such as Gate barriers, Audio Visual and ICT systems.
  • Basic networking knowledge is essential to maintain and control the commissioning and configuration of the technical solutions.
  • Checking, analyzing, and interpreting issued Electrical Low Voltage (ELV) design, structured cabling, engineering design (ID) drawings.
  • Verify and compare Electrical Low Voltage (ELV) drawings, record all discrepancies.
  • Verify and compare Electrical Low Voltage (ELV) devices and equipment datasheets (technical specifications) from tender documents to vendor or manufacturers documents.
  • Notified and raise request for information (RFI) on all design discrepancies and other relevant missing information to produce shop drawing.
  • Conduct proper site survey and report the outcome and the estimation of the passive work required and determine the work required to close the project.
  • Issue project engineering High-Level and Low-Level design drawings for checking and approval.
  • Verify equipment capacity, conduit size, cable tray and cable size using standard calculation reference or software.
  • Update and organize all engineering documents assigned and completed in a proper documentation format and scheme.
  • To perform other relevant tasks as required by direct line manager related to his/her designation.
  • Ability to communicate with vendors and manufacturers to raise concerns and collect technical information related to Electrical Low Voltage (ELV) systems and solution.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5-year work experience on Electrical Low Voltage (ELV) design, system implementation, and project execution.
  • Have knowledge of Electrical Low Voltage (ELV) CCTV, Access Control system, Fire Alarm system, Fire Intercom, Public Address System, Building Management System in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Have good computer literacy and especially MS Office, MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Projects, and MS Visio.
  • Good in English commander both speaking and writing.
  • Valid Deriving License
  • Transferable Visa.
  • All Nationality
