Exchange Customer Engineer – Lebanon (Remote)
This position requires fluency in French, both verbally and in writing. Position Overview:
Exchange Customer Engineers are responsible for providing technical expertise and support to customers utilizing Microsoft Exchange Server and related messaging technologies. As trusted advisors, they collaborate closely with customers to understand their business needs, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions that optimize the performance, security, and reliability of their messaging environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers to assess their Exchange Server infrastructure, identify technical requirements, and provide expert guidance on best practices for design, implementation, and optimization.
• Configure, deploy, and manage Exchange Server environments, including mailbox servers, transport services, client access protocols, and high availability solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Exchange Server, such as mail flow problems, connectivity issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Implement security measures and compliance policies to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance within Exchange environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Security, Networking, and Infrastructure, to integrate Exchange Server with other systems and ensure seamless interoperability.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, workshops, and training sessions to educate customers on Exchange Server capabilities and empower them to effectively manage their messaging infrastructure.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Microsoft product updates related to Exchange Server, and provide informed recommendations and guidance to customers.
Technical Skills:
• Designing, Deploying and Implementing
• Exchange on-premises (2013, 2016, 2019)
• Knowledge in Exchange Managed High Availability and Databases, Mail Flow and client connectivity
• Exchange Hybrid
• Exchange Migrations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Exchange Server in enterprise environments.
• Strong technical expertise in Exchange Server architecture, configuration, and administration, including experience with migration, upgrade, and hybrid deployment projects.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management of Exchange Server tasks.
• Knowledge of messaging technologies such as Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Exchange Online Protection (EOP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
