Your Role

We are currently seeking a highly talented and motivated Planning Coordinator to join our PCL team within our plant in Oujda.

As a Planning Coordinator, you will be in charge of coordinating the functions of receiving and negotiating customer programs and analyzing these programs to establish adequate planning consistent with manufacturing capacity and customer requirements.

You are called to coordinate and supervise the work of your staff and to perform the following functions:

• Ensure compliance with the OS scheduling.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with customers/service centers the definition and revision of the "concept element & the MAP connection".
• Ensuring good preparation of capacity studies with planners;
• Ensure the implementation of the necessary actions to support customer volumes.
• Negotiate with customers in case of delivery problems variations in delivery plans, and additional costs, Coordinate with the different departments the development and implementation of optimal actions to achieve the plant's objectives, i.e.: manufacturing costs, inventory, etc.
• Ensure a daily follow-up of the delivery.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health and safety standards

Your Background

• Master’s Degree in Logistics’ or equivalent, with three years’ experience in the automotive industry or similar position.
• Strong Analysis & critical & synthesis mind.
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Disciplined and accurate/structured working style.
• Attitude of urgency, result-oriented, and team spirit
