Job Description:

We are looking for SQA Lead, with strong experience in manual and automation testing to help us with our QA Center of Excellence. The SQA Lead will be responsible to work with the product owners and other stakeholders in assessing services and products developed by the development teams to ensure the quality is met. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee test planning efforts, designing robust test strategies to ensure thorough coverage of software functionalities.
• Drive the implementation of automation tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support in testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and address quality issues throughout the software development life cycle.
• Champion the adoption of emerging technologies and automation frameworks to enhance testing capabilities and efficiency.
• Actively seek opportunities for process optimization and improvement to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• [4-6+] years of experience in software quality assurance, with a proven track record of leading testing efforts in complex software projects.
• Proficiency in utilizing a wide range of testing tools and automation frameworks, with expertise in automation API testing.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•  Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members at all levels.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate junior team members.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying updated on industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance.
