We are looking for an experienced HRBP Manager to be a strategic partner to Business leaders, providing guidance in HR practices. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts.
Identify talent gaps and devise plans for recruitment and development.
Act as advisor on HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
Oversee performance evaluation and development planning.
Coach managers on performance feedback.
Ensure compliance with employment laws.
Develop HR policies to support business goals.
Analyze HR data for insights.
Prepare reports on HR metrics and initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
10+ years of HR experience, 4-5 years in Talent Management.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and laws.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to drive HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
