Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HRBP Manager to be a strategic partner to Business leaders, providing guidance in HR practices. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 10+ years of HR experience, 4-5 years in Talent Management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and laws.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to drive HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills.
