Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

As an HCM Functional Consultant, you will be the primary contact person for our customers for the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. This is a challenging and rewarding position that will enable you to grow as a professional consultant.  Your key responsibilities will include:

• Documenting existing and desired business processes and workflows based on client’s needs and industry best practices.
• Leads the analysis and design in Time and Labor module and has close cooperation with the client’s business teams
• Comprehends business needs, captures both functional and technical requirements, transforms them into Oracle HCM Cloud module specifications, and aligns requirements with other functional and technical teams. Designs processes and formulates the solution blueprint for project implementation
• Configures the system, tests the solution with users
• Provides user training
• Supports cutover and stabilizes the solution, provides post go-live support
• Working closely with internal teams and Oracle to recommend process and technology solutions to meet project objectives
• Liaison with Oracle to validate proposed solutions and coordinating follow-up infrastructure provisioning
• Closely working with PMO office and the client to ensure all activities for meeting the next milestone are accurately identified and sequenced
• Presenting project progress, risks, roadblocks and workaround in client meetings.  

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any Engineering discipline 

Must-Have Skills:

• Passionate and driven about personal and professional growth
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
• Proven track record of actively participating in the end-to-end implementation and ongoing support of at least two Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
• Hands-on experience in with Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor
• Native English capability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational.
• Ability to document meticulous details around business processes.
• Work with business to write test cases to test business requirements and help execution and tracking.
• Ability to drive issue resolutions, decision making process and co-ordinate with other teams (internal or external 3rd party teams).
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
