Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top talent globally to meet the evolving needs of Prismecs across various sectors and markets.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs and role requirements.
- Develop comprehensive job descriptions and post them on online job boards using Greenhouse.
- Utilize Greenhouse automation to streamline the posting of jobs on various job boards.
- Harness the power of LinkedIn to engage with passive candidates effectively.
- Screen resumes meticulously to ensure alignment with Prismecs' culture, values, and job specifications.
- Facilitate the scheduling of interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and finalize the job offer process for selected candidates.
- Desired experience with the Greenhouse Recruiting system.
- Possess working knowledge of LinkedIn in a business context.
Human Resources Support:
- Provide essential support to global partners for onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Conduct regular data audits and ensure the accuracy and currency of employee information in our HR systems.
- Stay updated on Human Resources procedures and policy changes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint.
Qualifications:
- Technical or university degree in administration, human resources, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar support role.
- Ability to understand technical Recruiting needs
- Proficiency in English, encompassing reading, writing, and verbal communication.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in various HR systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
