Ruby on Rails Engineer (Shortlisted)

We're searching for a talented Ruby on Rails Engineer to join our development team and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our software solutions. In this role, you'll be tasked with maintaining and extending our existing codebase, implementing new features, and ensuring the stability and scalability of our infrastructure. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to work on front-end UI implementations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Maintain and enhance our Ruby on Rails codebase, including bug fixes and feature enhancements
• Implement front-end UIs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
• Manage and optimize our technical infrastructure, including AWS services and Docker containers
• Develop and maintain integrations between various systems and tools
• Implement and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality and reliability
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
