As a Business Support and Integration Specialist at AMCL, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, focusing on providing comprehensive support, enhancing efficiency, and managing financial elements. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at creating a supportive and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Support: Guide and assist employees, especially newcomers, in settling into Saudi Arabia by providing support with essential services such as bank accounts, driving licenses, accommodation, and other local requirements.
Transportation Support: Ensure a safe and convenient commute for colleagues by providing transportation assistance, driving colleagues to and from home, office and any other locations, this would be required on daily basis. Must hold full driving license, ideally for both small and larger vehicles.
Accounts Receivable Support: Manage and facilitate the accounts receivable process, including chasing outstanding debts, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments.
Business Process Optimization: Identify areas where our business processes can be improved to navigate the complexities of the Saudi market more effectively.
Logistical Support: Coordinate various logistical needs, including organizing events, managing local suppliers, and streamlining daily operational tasks to enhance our business's efficiency.
Cultural Liaison: Serve as a cultural bridge, ensuring our employees and business practices align with local customs and regulations while maintaining our global standards.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders in the region, fostering opportunities for collaboration and business growth.
Information Dissemination: Stay informed about political, economic, and business developments in Saudi Arabia and disseminate relevant updates to the AMCL team.
Flexible Work: Adapt to the evolving needs of the business, occasionally working outside of standard office hours to provide seamless support.
Additional Duties: Undertake other tasks as necessary to facilitate the seamless operation of our business in Saudi Arabia.
