As a Civil Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of civil engineers and overseeing all civil engineering activities across multiple projects. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, adherence to engineering standards, and client satisfaction.

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of civil engineers and project staff.
• Oversee all aspects of civil engineering activities, including design, planning, construction, and quality control.
• Develop and implement effective project management strategies, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Review and approve engineering designs, plans, and specifications.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement timely and effective solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on complex civil engineering issues.
• Stay updated with advancements in civil engineering technology, methodologies, and industry trends.
