Quantity Surveyor

JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost and commercial management on a range of civil engineering projects. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. • Prepare and review cost estimates for construction projects.
• Evaluate bids and proposals from contractors and subcontractors.
• Manage project budgets and track expenses.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify any potential issues.
• Prepare and analyze project reports, including cash flow forecasts.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
• Ensure compliance with relevant quality, health, and safety standards.
