In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating rigging operations for our client in the oil and gas industry. Your main objective will be to ensure the safe execution of rigging activities in compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.

• Supervise and coordinate rigging operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Plan and schedule rigging activities, allocating resources and manpower to meet project requirements
• Inspect and maintain rigging equipment, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety standards
• Train and mentor rigging crews, providing guidance and support to improve their skills and performance
• Coordinate with other departments and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects
• Monitor rigging performance and quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate measures
• Maintain accurate records of rigging activities, including inspection reports, maintenance records, and equipment certifications
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies to promote a safe working environment
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in rigging technology and industry best practices
