SR. NETWORK ENGINEER - ARABIC SPEAKER

• Review and approve CCTV system designs created with AutoCAD, ensuring technical viability and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with platform owner and the site implementation team for optimal device configuration, with a focus on security.
• Oversee field engineers during site implementation, enforcing high standards in device installation, cabling, and civil infrastructure.
• Lead the creation and implementation of rigorous site acceptance criteria to validate the quality of work and system performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot network faults, offering technical guidance to maintenance team for effective problem resolution.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in device, network and civil work aspects of CCTV projects.
• Provide hands-on assistance with civil works planning and execution related to CCTV system installations.
• Maintain clear and concise technical documentation

REQUIRMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering with a focus on CCTV systems
• Proven track record of designing and implementing network solutions with AutoCAD
• Hands-on experience with civil work related to CCTV installation and infrastructure
• Extensive experience in configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, particularly with products from Palo Alto Networks
• Previous experience in developing and executing surveillance site acceptance testing criteria
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage technical teams in a field environment · Experience in coordinating with government entities for project requirements and compliance · Prior responsibility for maintaining and supporting network installations post-deployment

QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network design and implementation for CCTV systems.
• Experience working with AutoCAD for network design.
• Familiarity with firewall configuration (Palo Alto Networks preferred).
• Knowledge of other CCTV related system components, including Cisco, Huawei, Hikvision, Dahua.
• A valid certification relevant to network engineering (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) is a plus.
• Experience with civil work considerations for surveillance system installations is preferred.
