Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3 Years and above working for an Engineering Consultant Company, your role would be crucial in attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent in the engineering field. Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific skills, qualifications, and experience required for engineering roles within the company.
  • Conduct job analyses to create accurate and compelling job descriptions.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to attract qualified engineering candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on predefined criteria.
  • Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand team dynamics, project requirements, and specific technical skills needed for successful hires.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Provide guidance and support to both candidates and interviewers throughout the process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and constructive feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed about the recruitment process.
  • Actively promote the company's employer brand to attract top engineering talent.
  • Highlight the company's culture, values, and exciting projects in recruitment materials.
  • Use recruitment metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of different sourcing strategies and improve the overall recruitment process.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Understanding of engineering roles and technical skills required for various positions.
  • Ability to assess candidates' technical competence during the recruitment process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a network of potential candidates within the engineering industry.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Ability to negotiate and finalize job offers with selected candidates.
