Job Purpose / Objective
Provide technical recruitment expertise in sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing and recommending external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs and coordinate with Recruitment Team members for accurate, timely recruitment of positions opened for local or international applicants accordingly.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Carry out periodic review of Database to ensure recruitment action on all vacant positions.
- Review all Manpower requisition forms (MRF) submitted to the recruitment office for accuracy and proper justification has been served.
- Communicate with all recruiting agencies in relevant countries for manpower requirements and recruitment activities.
- Ensure that all communications with either recruiting agencies and / or direct candidates has been well documented and kept in file.
- Contact candidate’s references both local and international to ensure good record of employment from their previous employer.
- Ensure that all recruiting agencies or direct candidates are well informed to complete the authentication of documents prior to arrival in Riyadh.
- Provide updates of the candidate’s status in his/her area to the Recruitment Secretary for updating the Recruitment Report.
- Maintain records on all recruitment expenses and comparing with Finance Department on regular basis.
- Contact candidate’s references both local and international to ensure good record of employment from their previous employer.
- Prepare cash advance for new employees and make sure that the amount corresponding to the concerned employee has been properly coordinated with Finance Department.
- Coordinate with Housing Coordinator in advance to arrange accommodation for new employee/s.
- Responsible to notify the transportation for the airport pick-up of new employee/s and make arrangement with Administrative Support Services Department for female new employee/s’ pick-up at the immigration of Riyadh airport.
- Ensure that the new employee has complete file as per new hire checklist before endorsing to Personnel Department.
- Familiarize himself/herself with important reference material, such as Saudi Labor and Workmen Law and HMG Policies and Procedures.
- Coordinate the meet and greet procedure for new hires in conjunction with HR Department and concerned Department for new employee to include first day induction program.
- Provide Job Description to all new hires on their first day of work at HMG.
- Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
- Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.
- Perform other applicable tasks and duties within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities, commensurate with his/her assignment.
Education/ Professional Qualification
Preferably with Bachelor's Degree
Experience
Minimum of Two (2) years’ experience.
