Job Description

Role Purpose:
To support VBHC in the daily admin activities related to the patients and the VBHC projects
Key Accountabilities:
1- Patient journey mapping review;
Compare different patient journey mapping for certain conditions among multiple providers medically and from experience prospective Identify differences and also opportunities for standardization
2- Patients data upload;
Support VBHC unit in uploading patients details on the VBHC system Support the providers to navigate through the VBHC system Data extract for uploaded members Share frequent update when needed
3- Medical outcomes data review ;
Review outcomes collected from patients outcomes surveys Review benchmarking among providers and share insights
4- Efficiency;
Carry out on-going process improvement activities

Skills

Strong background in medical terminology Able to multitask and work well under stress Strong communications skills Strong trouble shooting, problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent follow up skills Data analysis and reporting would be a plus Microsoft office

Education

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or any related medical field
