            Yes!!! It really affect our mental health, once you have an empty stomach your brain won't work well.. That's why we always encourage kids to eat healthy food  before goin to sch to keep them smart and strong within the day and I do believe adults should do the same. A healthy body depends on what we supply in it,a strong mind depends on the body activity.

Ofcourse there's a saying " You are what you eat"

To make it simple,

You eat a bone, your bone empowers

you eat fish,lamb,chicken brain, your brain strengthens.

Same goes to junk food,

You eat mcdonalds cheeseburger,the cheese is plastic so it will drop your nody internal characteristics and so on.
