We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Client Delivery Manager to join our team.
As a Client Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects to our top Financial Services Companies, Airlines, and telecommunication companies clients.  
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet their requirements. You will also manage the delivery of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 

Responsibilities:


  • Build strong relationships with clients and act as their primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. 
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. 
  • Ensure that all projects adhere to best practices in project management, including risk management, change management, and quality assurance. 
  • Monitor project budgets and track project financials, including revenue and profitability. 
  • Manage client expectations and ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations. 
  • Act as an advocate for clients within the company and ensure that their needs are always considered. 
  • Focus on attaining key KPIs and OKRs linked to the deployment & delivery of software and services. 
  • Drive all the right behaviours and outcomes through a robust and scalable AGILE frameworks. 

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT Services and software development. 
  • Strong experience in digital transformation, user experience and user interface design, strategic design, mobile and web development. 
  • Experience managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
