Internal Sales Engineer

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Internal Sales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales efforts by providing technical expertise, customer support, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong technical background and exceptional communication skills to make a significant impact within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and guidance to the sales team by understanding and communicating the technical aspects of our products and services.
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products.
• Support the development of sales proposals, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Work with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging technical knowledge to drive sales growth.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams, ensuring that customer requirements are effectively communicated and addressed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Food processing)
• Proven experience in a technical sales or customer support role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Proficiency in CRM software
• Fluency in English
