Job Description:
-To be the link between the guests at the hotel, maintain open lines of communication between staff and guests.
-Greeting guests as they arrive
-Working with other employees to create a positive atmosphere within the environment.
-Informing guests of hotel amenities.
-Handling and resolving complaints.
-Appropriate care with special needs guests.
-Solving any issues arising from guests questionnaire forms
-Social media
-Assist with advertising
Requirements:
-Strong communication, interpersonal and listening skills.
-Aggressive problem solver.
-Have the ability to manage crises successfully
-Computer competent
-Preferred: A candidatealready resident in Marmaris / or has kimlik
Nationality of staff required: British / Irish
Languages Required: English.
Hours:Full time - 6 days a week.
Start Date: Interviews will be held from now for a start date thereafter.
Length of contract: Ongoing (part time in winter).
Package Offered:Meals, work permit, insurance, minimum wage for Turkey.
