Job Description

ICRON, a leading provider of Optimized Decision Making and Supply Chain Optimization software solutions, is looking for Partner Enablement Manager to join our team in İstanbul office.

Partner Enablement Manager spearheads the development and execution of strategies to empower business partners. Key responsibilities include training partners, driving sales growth, enhancing partner relationships through effective communication and collaboration, creating and managing partner pipeline, driving partner engagement through various channels, and developing resources for partners. Our expectations:


Responsibilities:


  • Create and manage partner pipeline in your territory.
  • Develop and manage partner enablement programs and resources to support partner growth and success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver partner training and certification programs.
  • Create and maintain partner enablement content including training materials, playbooks, and best practices.
  • Onboard partners and drive partner adoption of company products and services through strategic enablement initiatives.
  • Drive partner engagement through onboarding, newsletters, direct outreach, check-in calls.
  • Build strong relationships with partners, understand their business goals, and provide guidance and support to help them succeed.
  • Identify and analyze partner needs and provide recommendations for enablement initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of partner enablement programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in partner enablement and apply them to the company's programs and initiatives. 

Requirements:


  • At least 5 years of experience in partner enablement or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • Strong project management skills to drive partner enablement initiatives from conception to execution.
  • Knowledge of the software industry and market trends to inform partner enablement strategies and programs.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training and enablement materials to partners and sales teams.
  • Ability to analyze and measure the effectiveness of partner enablement programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving partner enablement initiatives that result in increased revenue and partner satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; engineering + MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
