What you'll be doing:
Understand the needs of the customers.
Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria.
Analyze preferences and requests of end users.
Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap.
Refine our agile methodology based on results and client feedback.
Plan releases and upgrades.
Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints.
Keep track of industry trends.
Follow competitor developments and the industry.
Develop the product strategy.
Ensure the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, including dependencies and priorities based on the overall strategy.
Manage the product roadmap.
Manage the stakeholders.
Maintain team backlog.
Forecast and monitor key metrics and track product performance.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
Excellent command of the English language.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or similar role in a software development environment
Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
Experience in release management and planning.
Familiarity with common software development technologies, such as web and mobile applications, APIs, and databases.
Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies is a plus.
