As an
Assoc Marketing Specialist based in our
Dubai Internet City Office on a
6-month Fixed Term Contract, you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to making possibilities happen in the payments industry!
Please note; as this is a fixed-term position, we can only consider candidates with their own residency visa (or be on parents’ / spouse’s).
Job Responsibilities:
Arrange logistics of event planning, vendor/supplier set up and invoicing, print brochures, giveaways, and banners at key events (shipment to other countries as needed) Coordinate on brand requirements (i.e. emails, banners, brochures) with the global branding team and agencies Work closely with finance and procurement to ensure all new suppliers set up, ensuring PO’s are raised in a timely manner to block budget, follow up on invoicing and payments Follow-up and call-downs on reminders to customers we invite to events Database cleaning / populating for top accounts in all focus countries to ensure clean / updated data, in close collaboration with sales
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business or related field (desirable) The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of tech marketing work experience with a focus on events management, digital marketing, and sales/marketing ops. Digital marketing experience is a must Familiarity with SFDC to set up campaigns, upload leads post-campaign, and coordinate with sales and SDR for timely leads follow-up for maximum conversion. Familiarity with Marketo to manage email campaign set up and schedule; build a calendar for regular cadence of email marketing to personas based on available content and resources
Work Environment:
You must be available from 9am-3pm Monday- Friday to work on-site in our Dubai Internet City office. We require this person to be on-site a minimum of 3 days per week. Majority of time spent on PC (Phys. Req.) Travel required; Must be available to work some evenings and travel occasionally to support event execution in the region.
