- Answer questions about products or the company.

- Answer the students' inquiries.

- Keep records of calls and note useful information.

- Experience in customer service  or telesales is essential

- Working knowledge of MS Office

- A results-oriented approach


 



Job Requirements:


 



  • +3 years of experience in the same job
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Very good English command
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
