We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Draftsman to join our construction team.
Responsibilities:

• Generate accurate construction drawings using CAD software based on architectural designs and engineering plans.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements.
• Revise and update drawings as needed to reflect design changes and project updates.
• Maintain organized documentation of construction drawings and revisions.
• Conduct thorough reviews of drawings to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Stay informed about building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
• Ensure drawings adhere to industry standards, building codes, and project specifications.
• Participate in design and coordination meetings to provide input on constructability.
• Address feedback from project stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to drawings.
