Job Description

  • Lead and manage all aspects of high-rise tower construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate construction activities and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction phase.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and implementing corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and permit requirements throughout the construction process.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, budget allocation, and expenditure tracking to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project success.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, project team members, and senior management, to provide project updates and address any concerns.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on high-rise tower projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering high-rise tower projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve project objectives.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Arabic is advantageous but not required.
  • Professional certification in project management or construction management (e.g., PMP, CMIT).
  • Experience working on high-rise tower projects in Dubai or the Middle East region.
  • Familiarity with local construction practices, regulations, and market conditions in Dubai.
