Job Description
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the automotive industry
Manage full cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their hiring needs
Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines
Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies and best practices
Availability to travel.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Certification in Human Resources or Recruiting preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate recruiting, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance regulations, and best practices in recruitment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
