Emirati People Specialist (Onboarding)

Role Summary

TheEmirati People Specialist (Onboarding)will be responsible for welcoming and integrating new employees into our organization. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure a smooth transition for our Emirati workforce. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to our commitment to Emiratisation and employee engagement.


Responsibilities
  1. New Hire Onboarding:


    • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for Emirati employees.
    • Prepare welcome materials, conduct orientation sessions, and assist with paperwork.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  2. Emiratisation Initiatives:


    • Work closely with the Emiratisation Department to implement national initiatives.
    • Promote the hiring and retention of UAE Nationals within our organization.
    • Provide guidance on Emirati culture, values, and career development.
  3. Relationship Building:


    • Foster positive relationships with new hires, managers, and cross-functional teams.
    • Address any concerns or queries related to onboarding.
    • Collaborate with department heads to align onboarding with business goals.
  4. Training and Development:


    • Facilitate training sessions on company policies, procedures, and systems.
    • Support Emirati employees in their professional growth.
    • Identify opportunities for skill development and career advancement.
  5. Employee Engagement:


    • Monitor the onboarding experience and gather feedback.
    • Organize social events and networking opportunities for new hires.
    • Ensure Emirati employees feel welcomed, valued, and connected.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Emirati Nationality with Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR, with a focus on onboarding and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
