We seek a passionate and experienced Guest Relations Manager to join their team. Job Summary: The Guest Relations Manager oversees and manages all aspects of guest relations at Rixos Premium Saadiyat. This includes greeting and welcoming guests, handling guest’s complaints, and coordinating special events. The Guest Relations Manager is also responsible for ensuring that all guests have a positive and memorable experience at the hotel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet, escort, and bid farewell to guests in a friendly and professional manner
Handle guest complaints and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Resolve guest issues and concerns to the guest's satisfaction
Compile and analyse guest feedback to identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement guest relations strategies
Coordinate special events and VIP activities
Oversee the work of Guest Service Representatives and Lobby Hostesses
Maintain a clean and well-organised guest relations area
Adhere to all Rixos policies and procedures
Requirements
Qualifications:
University degree in Hotel Management or a related field
2-4+ years of experience as guest relations manager in a luxury hotel setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
